**Job Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist** **Position:** Outpatient Physical Therapist **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks (with strong potential for extension or temp-to-perm) **Location:** Whitehouse Station, NJ **Start Date:** October 13, 2025 **Shift:** Mid (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in a friendly and collaborative setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an outpatient environment with a strong focus on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our geriatric population. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for patients. - Provide outpatient therapy focusing on spine, joint replacement, shoulder, and knee issues. - Manage 1 patient every 30 minutes for follow-up visits, with 1-hour evaluations for new patients. - Collaborate effectively with a team of three other physical therapists to enhance patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress. **Schedule:** - Required: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Flexible: Tuesdays and Thursdays (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and Fridays (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM).
