**Job Description: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 24 months of current Labor Delivery experience and must have an active nursing license. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery, ensuring their comfort and safety. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions continuously and respond appropriately to any changes. - Educate patients and their families about labor, delivery processes, and postpartum care. - Participate in emergency procedures and effectively communicate with medical personnel. **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 24 months of current Labor Delivery experience is required. - **Certifications:** Must hold active certifications in ACLS (AHA), AFM, NRP, and BLS (AHA) at the time of submission. - **License:** An active nursing license is required (verification must be less than 30 days old). - **Background Check:** Candidates must have no license hits, and adhere to specific background requirements. **Additional Information:** - Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. - The selected candidate must be open to various departments, shifts, and locations, with a focus on Labor and Delivery. - RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 7 days and will not be approved during the first week of the assignment or on holidays. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
