**Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse** **Location:** Various Facilities in Colorado **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** 24 Hours per Week **Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience and demonstrate proficiency in providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and newborns. **Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including triage, couplet care for mother and baby postpartum, and assistance in the delivery process. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Circulate in Operating Room cases as needed and conduct baby admits. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance standards. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience (REQUIRED). - Active Certifications: ACLS (AHA), AFM, NRP, BLS (AHA). - Valid Colorado Nursing License; verification must be less than 30 days old. - Ability to work varying shifts and locations as required. - No License Hits. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with multi-skill capacities, including triage. - Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred. **Additional Information:** - The position may require additional on-call shifts as determined by the facility. - Requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted and cannot exceed 7 days.
