**Job Title: Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (Night Shift)** **Location:** Lone Tree, CO **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM **Contract Length:** 13 weeks **Positions Available:** 2 **Unit Overview:** Join our dynamic Labor and Delivery unit equipped with 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, and 3 L&D operating rooms. Our facility is staffed with a dedicated and skilled team, ensuring quality care for our patients. Night shift staffing consists of 1 charge nurse, 7-9 registered nurses (RNs), and 1 certified surgical technologist (CST), managing a patient ratio of 2:1, with 1:1 care for complicated cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct vaginal and cesarean deliveries while ensuring optimal patient care. - Utilize nursing processes for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. - Direct and coordinate nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience. - Current BLS, NRP certifications required. - ACLS and ALS certifications preferred. - Experience in Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, or NICU is a plus. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** We seek a flexible, friendly, and dependable nurse who thrives in high-pressure environments.
