**Job Description: Nursing Position (Night Shift)** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team for a night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role involves working every third weekend and every third holiday. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and qualifications necessary to provide exceptional care to patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. - Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the integrity of patient information. - Complete all required training, orientation, and competency assessments as part of the onboarding process. **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license/certification as required for the position. - Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical practices. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Onboarding Requirements:** The successful candidate must complete various onboarding requirements including: - Mandatory training programs on child and adult dependent abuse, compliance, and patient information security. - Health assessments including a fit test, drug screening, and proof of vaccinations (MMR, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, and more). - A criminal background check and education verification. **Contract Details:** - Contract duration: 90 weeks. - Open position with guaranteed hours. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
