**Job Title: Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse** **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Location:** Michigan **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and be proficient in various procedures. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Cath lab and during interventional procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures including: - Dialysis Catheter placements (permacaths, quintons) - Medport placements - Emergency embolizations - Kyphoplasties - Nephrotomy tube insertions - Ureteral stent insertions - Biliary drains - Abdominal drains - Core biopsies - Cholecystectomy drains - Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures. - Demonstrate expertise in patient management and care in the Cath lab setting. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience (Required) - ARRT RT(R) Certification (Required) - Experience in Cath lab and various procedures (Required) - Preferred experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, and OB - Michigan nursing license verification is required; please provide LARA and Nursys. - Must complete a skills checklist within one year of application if applicable to nursing specialties. **Working Conditions:** - Requires on-call availability every other week from 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 24-hour on-call during weekends. - Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and manage multiple responsibilities. **Benefits of Joining Us:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
