**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)** **Shift: Days** **Contract Duration: 91 Weeks** **Guaranteed Hours: 36 Per Week** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for new graduates, although prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in compliance with established standards and protocols. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patient vitals and medical histories. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and families on health conditions and develop discharge plans. - Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license and verification required (please attach along with your resume). - New graduates are welcome to apply; previous SNF experience is a plus. - Must complete a COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
