**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Night Shift** **Location:** [Insert Location Here] **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts, Every Other Weekend Required, 3/6 Holidays Required **Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This position involves planning, implementing, and documenting individualized nursing care based on patient needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans through continuous assessments. - Perform thorough assessments to identify patient needs and establish care priorities. - Execute therapeutic nursing interventions while managing patient care effectively. - Document care based on standards of nursing practice and patient acuity. - Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and support innovative care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care in alignment with a professional nursing practice model. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications:** - **Required Education:** Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). - **Preferred Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). - **Required certifications and licensure:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from AHA. - Current New Jersey State Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty; 2+ years preferred. - Competence in delivery room attendance is required. **Additional Requirements:** - Flexibility to float to Pediatrics and PICU as needed. - Ability to work every other weekend and during designated holidays. - No on-call requirement. **Job Category:** Clinical **Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 **Contract Weeks:** 89 --- At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
