**Job Title: Registered Nurse (Nights)** **Shift Details:** - Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts - Nights - On-call: To Be Determined - Weekend Rotation: Every other or every 3rd weekend including holidays **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and will be instrumental in the management and provision of care for diverse patient populations. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will apply your professional nursing knowledge and skills through the nursing process, ensuring a high standard of care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide and manage nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, including operating room (OR) experience. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Perform assessments, plan, administer, and evaluate nursing care. - Utilize EMR systems such as EPIC to document and manage patient information effectively. - Participate in departmental meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a hospital setting as a Licensed Registered Nurse, including operating room experience. - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM. - Must be COVID vaccinated, with medical or religious exemptions considered upon request. - Ability to float to Mother-Baby/Postpartum units as needed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Profile Requirements:** - Comprehensive work history/resume - Home taxable address or driver's license - Skills checklist (completed within the last year) - License verification - References (required during onboarding) **Contract Details:** - Duration: 91 contract weeks - Guaranteed hours available --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
