**Job Title: Staff Nurse RN (Days, 7a - 7p)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse RN to provide exemplary professional nursing care. In this role, you will utilize your nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient plans of care. Your commitment to our mission—To care, To heal, To educate—will be integral to creating a supportive and healing atmosphere for our patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care as the primary caregiver for assigned patients. - Collaborate with care team members, including physicians and interdisciplinary staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Develop and communicate individualized patient care plans, adapting to evolving patient needs. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly. - Make independent clinical decisions and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. - Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care. - Float to similar units or other locations as necessary to meet patient care needs. **Qualifications:** - Current RN licensure in the state of practice. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to float among various units or locations as required. - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility. **Additional Information:** This position is classified as a critical need with no flexibility on the start date.
