**Job Title: Staff Nurse (RN)** **Shift: Days 7a - 7p** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The Staff Nurse will provide professional nursing care by utilizing nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient's plan of care. This role supports an atmosphere that aligns with our mission of caring, healing, and educating. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse will deliver direct patient care and collaborate closely with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent will have access to confidential patient information and will make independent decisions, as well as collaborate with others to ensure the best care for our patients. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care using nursing skills and processes. - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. - Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and patient families. - Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all patient information. - Float to similar units or other facilities, if required, depending on census. - Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license required. - Current certifications in ACLS and BLS. - Minimum of 2 years experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry Units is required. - Emergency Department experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius to be eligible. **Additional Information:** - Position Urgency: Normal - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Contract Weeks: 91 **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
