Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Labor Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team for a 91-week contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of current Labor Delivery experience and be committed to providing quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to create and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on care procedures and post-delivery recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old).
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• No license hits.
• Flu vaccination status must be provided; declinations may be applied for.
• Travel experience preferred.

Submission Requirements

All candidates must meet the following submission requirements:

• Complete the Banner Cover Page.
• Resume detailing all facilities, size, beds, trauma level, and units.
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
• Include a copy of the driver's license (AZ home address is not acceptable).
• Provide the requested time off (RTO) information, less than 7 days, and note that RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
• All facilities and shifts the traveler is open to working must be listed.
