Staffing Structure

• Day Shift: 1 CNC (TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks
• Night Shift: 1 CNC (TL), 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk

Patient Ratios

• 1:1 for high-risk labor & C-sections
• 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium, PP on magnesium
• 1:3 for postpartum patients on magnesium without a baby

Equipment & Technology

• Alaris pumps
• PCA pumps
• Monica Novii telemetry
• CPN (GE) monitor

EMR Systems

• CPN gold
• Meditech

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Experience circulating C-sections

Preferred Skills:

• More than 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• High-risk LDR experience
