Travel Nurse Position - Operating Room

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse for our Operating Room team. This position is designed for candidates who have specific transplant or spine experience and are ready to embrace a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with various surgical procedures including Total Joints, Spine, Transplants (Kidney/Liver), Robotics, Vascular, ENT, and Plastics.
• Participate in night and weekend call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must Have:
  • Current DORA and NBSTSA certifications.
  • 3+ years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in transplant or vascular surgical procedures.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in robotic surgeries and other complex procedures.

Work Schedule

Choose between 10 or 12-hour shifts, with a typical start time of 6:45 AM. The available shifts are:

• 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Unit Information

Our main operating room features:

• A total of 16 operating rooms.
• Utilization of EMR - Meditech for efficient patient management.
