**Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiology Unit** **Shift: 12-Hour Days/Evenings (9 AM - 9 PM) with On-Call Requirement** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Cardiology unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Structural Heart and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures. This role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and collaboration with a skilled healthcare team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures in an acute care setting. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Participate in on-call rotation, covering one full weekend a month and one additional day each week. - Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation and care coordination. - Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. - Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state. - ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications are required. - Must have prior experience in TAVR and structural heart procedures. - Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions. **Working Conditions:** - Shift hours: 9 AM - 9 PM with on-call rotation. - Minimum parking fee of $1.25 per hour applies. - This position guarantees 34.5 hours per week over a contracted period of 91 weeks. **Why Join Us?** This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a leading healthcare team that prioritizes patient care and professional growth. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
