**Job Title: Night Shift Healthcare Professional** **Location:** [Insert Location] **Shift:** 06:45 PM - 07:00 AM **Position Overview:** We are currently seeking dedicated healthcare professionals for night shift positions. This role involves providing high-quality care, monitoring patients, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate patient care while ensuring safety and comfort. - Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols. - Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding infection control and safety. - Assist in patient mobility and daily living activities as needed. - Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients and their families. **Qualifications:** - Valid Driver's License/State ID. - Current certifications and licenses as required by position (e.g., Nursys, License/Certificate Verification). - Proven experience in a healthcare setting preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the completion of required personal health history tests and screenings. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Annual TB Questionnaire, Physical/Health statement, and Catholic Drug Screen are required for onboarding. - Completion of criminal background check and professional reference checks is mandatory. **Contract Duration:** 90 weeks with guaranteed hours. **Why Choose Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
