**Job Description: Registered Nurse - Recovery** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic recovery setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide total patient care in various surgical service areas. **Shift Details:** - Days: Tuesday - Friday - Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Call: One night per week and one weekend every six weeks - Floating to other surgical service areas as needed - Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly **Patient Care Responsibilities:** - Provide competent care in all recovery areas - Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1 - 3:1 - Deliver total patient care with compassion and efficiency **Requirements:** - Current RN licensure - Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recovery or surgical setting - Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), specifically using Cerner - Willingness to provide care to patients with diverse needs **Working Conditions:** - 12-bed recovery unit - Scrubs provided by the facility **Submission Guidelines:** Please note that applications without the necessary information or requirements will be rejected.
