Job Description
**Job Title: MRI Technologist (Night Shift)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team for a contract position with a 12-hour night shift schedule. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and involves working 1-2 weekends each month. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform MRI scans and related procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. - Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Utilize Phillips MRI equipment and be familiar with Epic EMR systems to manage patient information effectively. - Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols related to imaging procedures. **Requirements:** - Current BLS certification is required. - Must possess either ARRT or ARMRIT license with advanced MR licensure. - A minimum of 1 year of MRI experience is mandatory. - Prior experience in a teaching hospital environment is preferred. - Must have recent Epic experience within the last 2 years. - Experience with Phillips MRI technology is required. - Candidates must provide explanations for any employment gaps exceeding 90 days. **Additional Information:** - The facility is in an area where public transportation is not accessible. Reliable personal vehicle or rental vehicle is strongly recommended for commuting. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. **Contract Details:** - Contract length: 28 weeks - No block schedules available. --- **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
