**Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse - Full-Time Position** **Shift: Monday to Friday** **Job Description:** We are seeking motivated and compassionate nurses to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position involves working at two facilities; candidates will spend two days at one location and three days at another. We welcome new graduates and prefer candidates with prior SNF experience. **Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing environment. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. - Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. **Requirements:** - Valid nursing license in the state of practice. - Current resume attached to application. - Three professional references. - Completion of a county criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked). - Completion of federal criminal background checks (7 years or more) and multi-state criminal search (7 years or more). - Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more). - HHS/OIG and GSA search compliance. - Social Security Number trace verification. - Up-to-date 2-step PPD or Quantiferon results or proof of a positive PPD followed by a chest X-ray. - Covid test must be completed 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior. **Position Urgency:** Normal **Contract Length:** 91 weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
