This position requires a passionate professional with at least 2 years of ICU experience. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment and support our mission to deliver high-quality medical services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions and activities. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis. - Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and integrity. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse. - Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. - Must have secured housing within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance, with address provided upon confirmation. - Ability to float to other units as required. - AHCA certification is required for Florida placements. **Additional Information:** - Position involves a guaranteed 91 contract weeks. - Candidates must have housing and associated costs reviewed and secured before submission.
