**Job Title: Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care within an inpatient behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care for patients and their families. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively sharing pertinent information with the healthcare team and facilitating solutions for variances from patient goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide leadership in the delivery of compassionate patient care. - Utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating patient care. - Document patient care and health teachings thoroughly. - Communicate relevant patient/family information to healthcare team members efficiently. - Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of inpatient behavioral health experience. - Current active RN licensure in Michigan. - Current active BLS certification through AHA. **Preferred:** - Training in de-escalation techniques (Welle). - CPI training and recipient rights training. - Experience with seclusion and restraint practices. **Skills:** - Demonstrated clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care planning. - Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services. - Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare personnel. **Education:** **Required:** - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. **Preferred:** - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). **Certification & Licensure:** **Required:** - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - BLS certification. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
