**Job Title: Nursing Position** **Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday) **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and maintain professionalism at all times. This role requires adherence to established protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. - Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - Provide education and support to patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices. **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license and certification as required. - Previous nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. - Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols. **Compliance Requirements:** - Completion of necessary onboarding documentation and health screenings including: - Fit Test - Drug Screening (Trinity 10 Panel) - Vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella) - Physical/Health Statement - Criminal Background Check - Education Verification **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
