**Job Description: CT Technologist** **Shift:** 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM **Location:** 7101 Jahnke Road, Richmond, VA 23235 **Unit Name:** CT **Building:** Main Hospital **Cost Center:** 726 **Number of Beds:** 466 **Patient Ratios:** Not Applicable **Position Overview:** We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in performing a variety of CT procedures, including Neuro and Perfusion studies. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. **Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain three CT scanners in the Main Hospital. - Conduct all types of CT examinations, ensuring the highest quality images while adhering to safety protocols. - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient workflow and optimal patient outcomes. - Document and record patient information accurately using the Meditech documentation system. - Ensure compliance with all unit guidelines and hospital policies. **Qualifications:** - ARRT certification in CT, BLS certification, and a valid Virginia state license are required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT scanning. - Strong technical skills and the ability to operate advanced CT equipment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. **Equipment and Technology:** - Familiarity with GE CT scanners and Meditech documentation system is preferred. **Dress Code:** - Steel Gray uniform required. **Additional Information:** Our unit is committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences and embraces the latest technologies in medical imaging.
