**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift** **Job Description:** We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team for a night shift position from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM on an every-other-weekend basis. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patients' health status, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver nursing care according to established standards, protocols, and procedures. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, providing immediate interventions as necessary. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license/certificate. - Previous nursing experience is preferred. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Requirements for Onboarding:** - Completion of health and vaccination history, including: - Fit Test - Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen - COVID-19 Vaccine documentation - MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Successful completion of required professional forms and background checks. - Proof of specialized competency through Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing. **Guaranteed Hours:** Position available for a contract duration of 90 weeks with guaranteed hours. **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
