**Job Title:** Local Night Shift Nurse **Shift:** 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Job Description:** We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs/RNs for local night shifts. This position requires commitment to providing high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic healthcare environment. Nurses will work every other weekend and should possess reliable transportation, as public transportation options such as Uber or taxi services may not be available in the area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients during the night shift. - Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and take appropriate actions as necessary. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans. - Adhere to all healthcare regulations and organizational policies. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with standards. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide support and education. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Active LPN or RN license in good standing. - Previous nursing experience preferred, particularly in a local setting. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. - Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. **Guaranteed Hours & Contract Duration:** - 0 guaranteed hours, with a contract duration of 19 weeks. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
