**Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure effective care delivery, supervision, delegation, and documentation for both patients and their families. The nurse will efficiently communicate vital patient information to the healthcare team, participate in identifying and finding solutions for variances from patient goals, and ensure the successful implementation of these solutions. **Shift Details:** - Schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 4 days per week, with one night of call per week and two weekends every six weeks. - Contract Length: 13 weeks. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience. - Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Proficient in performing a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare personnel. **Education:** - Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). **Certification & Licensure:** - Required: Current active RN licensure in Michigan and BLS certification from AHA. - Preferred: N/A. **Job Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to surgical patients. - Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans. - Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff based on patient care requirements. - Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members. - Participate in the evaluation of patient progress and adjustment of care plans as necessary. --- At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
