This role requires compliance with all onboarding and training requirements to ensure quality care and safety in our healthcare facility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. - Complete mandatory training modules, including but not limited to abuse prevention, drug screening, and health history assessments. - Participate in competency testing and skills checklists to maintain high standards of care. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. - Adhere to confidentiality agreements and conduct policies to maintain the trust and safety of patients and staff. - Ensure all necessary documentation, including educational certifications and background checks, is completed during the onboarding process. **Requirements:** - Current valid nursing license. - Completed educational verification. - Successful background check and clearances. - Proof of required immunizations and health history, including COVID-19 vaccination, if applicable. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
