**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift** **Job Type:** Contract | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. This position involves providing exceptional patient care during 12-hour shifts while adhering to a strict attendance policy. The ideal candidate for this RN role will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with preference given to those with travel experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. - Maintain accurate patient records and charts, providing updates as necessary. - Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Float to different areas as required, utilizing your qualifications across multiple departments. - Adhere to all policies and procedures, including the attendance policy. **Qualifications:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. - Travel experience is preferred. - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required. **Additional Information:** - Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts. - Guaranteed hours: Contract for 91 weeks. - Every other weekend commitment is required. - On-call duty is not part of this position. **Professional Expectations:** - Candidates must not be absent from a scheduled shift or arrive more than 20 minutes late three times; such occurrences will lead to termination, barring communicated and documented exceptions (e.g., hospitalization). - Commitment to patient care and attendance is paramount.
