**Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse to join our team on a day shift. The ideal candidate will possess an active California nursing license and have experience in a skilled nursing environment. Familiarity with the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is a plus. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and support residents in their rehabilitation journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. - Utilize assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. - Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required. **Qualifications:** - Current active Nursing License in California. - Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). - Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is an advantage. - Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **Position Details:** - Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week - Contract Duration: 91 weeks At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
