**Job Title: Healthcare Professional** **Location:** [Specific Location TBD] **Shift:** 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM, Monday to Friday with rotating weekend and holiday calls every third weekend. **Job Description:** We are seeking dedicated and skilled healthcare professionals to join our team for a 13-week contract, working 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a willingness to participate in rotating call duty on weekends and holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and established guidelines. - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. - Participate in code of conduct and compliance with patient information confidentiality. - Complete ongoing education and skill evaluations as needed. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid licensure in your healthcare field. - Completion of a background check and education verification is required. - Must possess the following vaccines: Hepatitis B, Varicella, MMR, and a current Tetanus immunization. - A COVID-19 vaccination is required; documentation must be provided. - Must be able to pass Trinity-specific health screenings, including a 2-step PPD or IGRA. **Required Documents:** - Professional and personal health history documentation, including a physical/health statement. - Trinity Skills Checklist. - Completion of Trinity-specific forms as necessary for onboard processing. **Contract Details:** - Duration: 13 weeks - Guaranteed hours and potential for extension based on performance and operational needs.
