**Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse** **Shift: Monday to Friday, Days** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a collaborative environment focused on their well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to facility policies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per standards. - Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. - Engage with residents to provide emotional support and promote quality of life. **Qualifications:** - Current nursing license in the state of practice (license verification required). - New graduates are welcome; prior SNF experience is preferred. - Completed prescreen checklist, resume, and references are to be provided upon application. - Successful completion of Covid testing within 72 hours of the start date, with results available 48 hours prior. **Credentialing Requirements:** - State license verification - Resume - Three professional references - County criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal criminal background check (7 years or more) - Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more) - Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) - HHS/OIG search - GSA search - Social Security number trace - 2-step PPD or Quantiferon and proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray - SAM search **Position Urgency:** Normal **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
