Job Description
**Job Title: Interventional Radiologic Technologist** **Location: New Jersey** **Shift: PM 4-10 hour shifts with rotating days off based on departmental needs. On-call every 4th weekend.** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiologic Technologist to assist proceduralists during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-interventional cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating fluoroscopic modality machines, as well as the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist proceduralists by scrubbing side-by-side during complex diagnostic and interventional procedures. - Operate floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic modality machines effectively. - Identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during interventional procedure cases. - Maintain sterile technique and adherence to infection prevention measures while setting up procedural trays. - Provide support to multi-disciplinary teams including nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons. - Demonstrate strong communication skills utilizing closed-loop communication. - Manage post-intervention care with groin management. - Support documentation in electronic medical records and transmission of images to Sectra/PACs systems. - Maintain high-quality care standards in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure. - Required education: High School Diploma/GED and an Associate degree or completion of an accredited radiographic program. - Required certifications: NJ Radiographic licensure, and BLS from an accredited organization with skill demonstration in basic life support measures. - Current Radiography (R) certification with ARRT is mandatory. - Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team collaboration. **Benefits at ARMStaffing:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
