**Job Title: Staff Nurse, RN - Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team for the night shift. The Staff Nurse, RN will provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes. This role involves the development, implementation, and evaluation of patients’ plans of care while fostering an environment that supports our mission to care, heal, and educate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care as the primary caregiver. - Collaborate with care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. - Access and manage confidential patient information with discretion. - Make independent decisions and work alongside other healthcare professionals. - Float to similar units and potentially to other nearby locations as needed, ensuring floating assignments match or are of lower acuity. - Adhere to a schedule that includes working every other weekend. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Current certifications in ACLS and BLS. - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the job location. **Additional Information:** - Contract duration: 91 weeks. - Guaranteed hours per week: 36. - Normal urgency for filling this position.
