**Job Title: Staff Nurse, RN** **Shift: Days, 7 AM - 7 PM** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse, RN to provide comprehensive nursing care through the application of clinical skills and professional nursing processes. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans while fostering an environment that emphasizes care, healing, and education. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care as the primary caregiver. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, including physicians and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain confidentiality and make informed decisions both independently and as part of a team. - Float to similar units as required, potentially covering other locations within the organization, ensuring care provided is at similar or lower acuity levels. - Commit to working every other weekend as part of standard scheduling. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license required. - ACLS and BLS certification is mandatory. - Recent clinical experience preferred, with the ability to adapt to various patient needs and unit environments. - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility. **Additional Information:** - Guaranteed hours and opportunities across multiple locations for flexible work arrangements. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
